Using Smooth-On's exclusive "V-Polymer" technology, VytaFlex® urethane rubbers offer superior physical and performance properties. VytaFlex® urethanes feature convenient one-to-one by volume mix ratios. Vacuum degassing is not necessary and VytaFlex® rubbers cure with negligible shrinkage to a durable rubber that will last in production.VytaFlex® mold rubbers are used for a variety of applications including making molds to reproduce sculpture and architectural elements, as well as for making special effects, toys and prototypes. One-step Seal
To be successful in making a urethane rubber mold suitable for making one or more concrete castings, you need to first prepare your model to release the mold rubber (apply a sealer and release agent). You can use ONE-STEP® seal and release to both seal and release your original model.
Encapso K® Water Clear Encapsulation / Display Rubber
Encapso® K is a water clear encapsulation rubber that looks just like water and is ideal for a variety of encapsulation and display applications. How Does Encapso® K Work? - Two clear liquids (Part A and Part B) are mixed together in equal amounts. The mixture is then poured around artificial flower stems or over an object. Mixture turns from liquid to a solid, soft rubber over night. When cured, Encapso® K looks just like water and will last a long time.

Mold Max® STROKE Brushable Tin-Cure Silicone
Mold Max Stroke® is a brushable tin silicone rubber that self-thickens for making fast brush-on molds of almost any model. Properly applied, it will hold a vertical surface and will reproduce the finest detail.

Soma Foama® 15 Flexible Silicone Castable Foam
Soma Foama® 15 is a soft two-component platinum silicone castable foam that is versatile and easy to use. Mixed 2 Parts A:1Part B by volume, foam can be poured into a mold or over other surfaces. Pot life (working time) is 50 seconds at room temperature (73°F / 23°C) and handling time is 20 minutes at room temperature and full cure is 1 hour. Foam expands 4 times its original volume and develops a uniform 15 lb./cu. ft. cell structure (240 kg/m³).

Shell Shock® Brushable Liquid Plastic
Shell Shock® FAST and Shell Shock® SLOW are thixotropic plastics that self -thicken when mixed and can be brushed onto a variety of surfaces or into rubber molds. When Parts A and B are mixed in proper proportion (1A:4B by volume or 1A:5B by weight), material cures at room temperature with virtually no shrinkage to a hard, durable plastic that exhibits good compressive and flexural strength. Fully cured castings are rigid and can be sanded, primed and painted.
